The Digital Videography course is designed for students who are interested in using digital video camera to shoot compelling news and feature stories for local television stations. Students will learn how to setup camera, lights and light meters, and use filters and diffusion material to control illumination on your images. Students will also learn composition, Point-of-View (POV), shot sequences, continuity, eye-lines and interviewing techniques. The instructor will cover miking techniques, color balancing, the use of cut-aways and B-roll, and how and when to move the camera. |
